AAR to announce second quarter fiscal year 2025 results on January 7, 2025
Wood Dale, Illinois — AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, today announced that it will release financial results for its second quarter of fiscal year 2025, ended November 30, 2024, after the close of the New York Stock Exchange trading session on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
On Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 4 p.m. Central time, AAR will hold a conference call to discuss the results. A listen-only webcast and slides can be accessed at https://edge.media-server.com/mmc/p/ajocdbor. Participants may join via phone by registering at https://register.vevent.com/register/BIbb0ac5ff18564eedbc99a44684780b13. Once registered, participants will receive a dial-in number and a unique PIN that will allow them to access the call.

AAR and Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance to form joint venture in Asia-Pacific region
Wood Dale, Illinois, Paris, Amstelveen, Chonburi, Thailand — AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, and Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M), a multi-product airline MRO, announced today they signed an agreement to form a joint venture in the Asia-Pacific region to support nacelles of next generation aircraft. This is the second joint venture to be formed by the companies. The first was formed in 2021 by Triumph Product Support, which was acquired by AAR earlier this year, and AFI KLM E&M to serve the Americas region.
