AAR to Supply Unison Products to Kansas Aviation

Exclusive distributor of Unison products signs agreement to support KAI overhaul activities

WOOD DALE, Ill., /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --AAR (NYSE: AIR) has been selected to provide Unison parts and support for Kansas Aviation of Independence LLC (KAI). The one-year agreement is expected to generate approximately $1 million in supplied parts.

The program will be managed by AAR Distribution, which recently became the exclusive global aftermarket distributor for Unison products. AAR Distribution operates as part of AAR's Allen Asset Management division, which provides a full range of supply chain, component repair and parts distribution services to the commercial aviation industry. The KAI program consists of supplying repair kits for turbine engine exciters, factory new exciters and various hardware to support KAI's overhaul activities.

KAI specializes in the overhaul and repair of engine accessories on the PT6A, PT6T, PW100, PW300, JT15D, CJ610, CF700, Allison 250, CF34 and PW901 engines. KAI provides exceptional quality and world-leading turn times to MRO facilities and aircraft operators.

AAR announces divestiture of non-core Landing Gear Overhaul business to optimize portfolio

Wood Dale, Illinois — AAR CORP. The transaction is valued at $51 million and is expected to close in the first quarter of the 2025 calendar year, subject to customary and regulatory closing conditions.
