WOOD DALE, Ill., /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- AAR (NYSE: AIR) today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter and Fiscal Year 2010, ended May 31, 2010, after the market closes on Tuesday, July 13, 2010.
On Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at 7:30 a.m. CDT, AAR will hold a conference call to discuss the results. The conference call can be accessed by calling 866-219-5269 from inside the U.S. or 703-639-1121 from outside the U.S.

AAR announces divestiture of non-core Landing Gear Overhaul business to optimize portfolio
