WOOD DALE, Ill., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AAR (NYSE: AIR) today announced that it will release financial results for its first quarter of Fiscal Year 2007, ended August 31, 2006, before the market opens on Wednesday, September 20, 2006.

AAR announces divestiture of non-core Landing Gear Overhaul business to optimize portfolio

AAR resolves Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations with the DOJ and SEC
