AAR to Announce Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2004 Results
WOOD DALE, Ill., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AAR (NYSE: AIR) today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter and Fiscal Year 2004 ended May 31, 2004 before the market opens on Tuesday, June 29.

AAR announces divestiture of non-core Landing Gear Overhaul business to optimize portfolio

The transaction is valued at $51 million and is expected to close in the first quarter of the 2025 calendar year, subject to customary and regulatory closing conditions. AAR resolves Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations with the DOJ and SEC
